How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer various shipping options at checkout, and the estimated delivery times for each option are clearly displayed before purchase.
At this moment, we only provide a shipping time of at least 3 months because we are currently sending out our first pre-order batch to the UK. Later on, we will also ship from the Netherlands. All orders on the website are pre-orders. If you would like to receive your order sooner, you can pay an additional cost for air freighting the product directly to your home. Just reach out to our customer service if you wish to do so.
Shipping terms after Black Friday (29 november 2024)
Please note that these shipping times are obtained from our shipping provider and are always estimated. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is up to the delivery provider to meet the specified timeframe.
If you experience any delays, please contact us, and we will help resolve the issue by coordinating with the shipping provider to get your order to you promptly.
