Who is Kaido
The people. The discipline. The story.
Kaido is the people around it: ambassadors who lead in their field, the brands we partner with, the clubs and crews we train with, and Educate Bali, the charity we support. These pages are about them.
Meet our ambassadors
People who lead in their field, from trail running to business and music. More than one in each field, each with a story of their own.
Nizar Suryadratama
An Indonesian trail runner who lives in Uluwatu and races across Asia: Tulay Trail, Phuket Trail, Luang Prabang and the Deep Japan Ultra.
Jess
Runs Bali’s volcano trails and ultra races, and leads a weekend trail group from Ubud.
Alex
Races HYROX across Asia, and coaches others through their first race.
Sam
Competes, and coaches at a gym in Denpasar.
An entrepreneur
Someone who has built something of their own, and still makes time for the cold.
A musician
On tour or in the studio, with the ritual in between.
More than one ambassador in each field: sport, business, music and beyond.
Become an ambassadorOne film for each ambassador
Each film follows one person through their discipline: where they train or work, a hard week, and what they do at the end of it. The person is the subject. Each film also comes as short cuts for Reels and Shorts.
Nizar
From the trail home, and the week around it.
Alex
Race week in Canggu.
Sam
Heavy days in Denpasar.
Written about them and their story
Each story is written with the person it is about. Every story links to their own blog, articles and pages, and to the brands they work with, and theirs link back: readers find their work, and their readers find Kaido.

Become a Kaido ambassador
For people who lead in their field: athletes, entrepreneurs, musicians and more. A page and films of your own, links to your own work, and your own code.
Nizar’s profile and post are drafts to write with him: what is filled in comes from his public Instagram (@idvoyager) and is to confirm with him. Jess, Alex and Sam are example profiles, and the partners, clubs, events, courses and retreats marked Example are examples until each is agreed. Educate Bali’s facts come from what has been published about it, to confirm with Educate Bali. Moving line drawings and trail maps stand in for the photos and films still to take.
